Jermaican Jerk & Garlic Chicken

Ingredients

  • Chickenbreast sliced in bite-sized chunks
  • Jaimaican Jerk spice (I used Santa Maria)
  • Garlic powder
  • Vinegar
  • Oil

Depending on how strong you want the flavor, you can adjust the spice quantity up or down.

For 100 g (3.52 oz) chicken I used:

  • 1 tsp Jamaican Jerk
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp frying oil
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
