Jermaican Jerk & Garlic Chicken
Ingredients
- Chickenbreast sliced in bite-sized chunks
- Jaimaican Jerk spice (I used Santa Maria)
- Garlic powder
- Vinegar
- Oil
Depending on how strong you want the flavor, you can adjust the spice quantity up or down.
For 100 g (3.52 oz) chicken I used:
- 1 tsp Jamaican Jerk
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp frying oil
- 1 tbsp vinegar
